Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We are client-centred in our therapy approach. We believe that the client is the expert in their experiences and journey.
Our therapy approaches include aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory, Systems Therapy, and Solution Focused. Counselling is client-focused, with a strength-based approach.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. We encourage clients to nurture their capacity to learn and grow through counselling. We help clients obtain self awareness and emotional acceptance in a safe and neutral space.
We believe that everyone has the right to positive mental health and that this possibility is within each and every one of us.
Our ultimate goal is for our clients to feel positive about working towards this attainable goal through counselling with their therapist.
